Yes, I do remember meeting you, and I enjoyed our conversation. I'm not sure if I can answer your question. what I can tell you is that I really love what I do, and that's the key! My website will soon contain a feature which may be of extra interest to you and to anyone who shares your circumstances. My niece, Joy, has recently graduated from the University of Georgia. Her degree is in Communications but, like you she has a passion for the culinary. She's about to begin her studies at the Atlanta Art Institute, which has a fine culinary program.
