TRIO OF VEGETABLES
                    
Green Beans, Carrots, and Pearl Onions

  • 2 cups String Beans, 2-3 inches long and steamed
  • 1 cup Pearl Onions, peeled
  • 3 Carrots, cut on a bias; steamed
  • 1-tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

METHOD
Add olive oil, and butter to hot sauté pan. Sauté onions, carrots, and string beans in butter and allow onions to sweat.  Cook for approximately 5 to 10 minutes. Upon completion, sprinkle with lemon juice and salt and pepper

Serves 4-6
