Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Serves 4

  • 2 Large Idaho potatoes (or other russet potatoes), peeled and cubed
  • 1/2-cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley

Place potatoes in a boiler with boiling hot water and cook until tender. Drain Potatoes. Add remaining ingredients to potatoes and whisk until smooth and creamy. Garnish with parsley.        

Serves 4-6
