BEAUJOLAIS DIJON PASTA SAUCE

  • 2-3T Olive Oil
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 1 green pepper, seeded and chopped
  • 2T Dijon mustard
  • 1 bottle Beaujolais (1/4 cup for sauce)
  • 1lb. cooked penne pasta


Sauté vegetables in oil, add other ingredients. Serve over pasta.
